Biodynamic Massage

Developed by Gerda Boyessen, a Norwegian physiotherapist, Biodynamic massage uses firm, light sweeping and circular motions to promote relaxation both physically and emotionally. Many feel that emotions hold tension in the body.
When the sound of peristalsis or digestion are apparent during the session, it is a sign that emotions are also being absorbed and processed.
